As award-winning, leaders in intelligent and integrated building systems. We are the designers, programmers, engineers and consultants who can work with key players throughout the process of any build to help maximise its potential.
With over 30 years’ experience working on large scale, high-profile fit-outs, we operate across a wide array of markets, including the likes of corporate enterprise, hospitality, retail and government buildings. From start to finish, our process is clear and meticulous, which allows us to create a client specific, enlightened plan. We can not only help in turning your requirements into a reality but given our experience and the intelligence of Luxavo’s system we are able to advise and provide ideas for different aspects that you may not even imagine are plausible.
We are accredited experts, that get involved at any stage in the planning process, and can collaborate with key players, such as quantity surveyors, architects, interior designers and M&Es.
THE LUXAVO PROCESS
At Luxavo, our Integrated Control Systems process is a meticulously structured workflow, ensuring the seamless transition from client inquiry to final handover and ongoing support. The process is designed to foster collaboration, efficiency, and precision at every stage, delivering the highest quality automation and control solutions tailored to client needs.
1. Client Inquiry and Initial Briefing:
The process begins with the client’s inquiry, which initiates a comprehensive needs assessment. During the initial consultation, we work closely with the client to understand their specific operational requirements, challenges, and objectives. We gather key information such as the scope of the project, performance expectations, budget constraints, and timelines. The client briefing helps us identify how automation and control systems can optimise their operations, allowing us to suggest suitable solutions.
2. Quotation and Proposal:
After the client briefing, we proceed to the quotation stage. This involves developing a tailored proposal that includes a clear breakdown of costs, system components, timelines, and deliverables. Our team ensures the quotation is both accurate and reflective of the project scope, with transparency in pricing. This stage often involves a collaborative discussion with the client to fine-tune the details and adjust the scope to ensure the solution aligns with their goals and budget.
3. Concept and Design:
Once the proposal is approved, the concept and design phase begins. Our design engineers work to translate the client’s requirements into a practical, technically sound control system design. This phase involves creating initial system diagrams, selecting appropriate hardware and software, and drafting the overall system architecture. Our design team ensures the system is scalable, flexible, and capable of integrating with existing technologies.
4. Client Approval:
With a concept design in place, we seek the client’s approval before moving into detailed design and engineering. This stage involves refining the design to the highest level of detail, producing precise schematics, layout diagrams, and system specifications. The engineering team also ensures all compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
5. Software/Programming:
The next phase is software development, where our programmers design and configure the software that drives the control system. The team writes the necessary code, configures the Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI), and integrates software with hardware components. Rigorous testing and simulation are carried out at this stage to ensure that the system operates as intended.
6. Fitout, Testing, and Handover:
Once software is finalised, system fitout begins. Hardware components are installed, wired, and integrated according to the design. After installation, comprehensive system testing is performed to verify performance, identify and resolve issues, and ensure the system meets client expectations. Following successful testing, the system is handed over to the client.
7. Service and Support:
Our commitment to service doesn’t end with handover. We provide continuous support, maintenance, and upgrades to ensure the system remains functional, efficient, and up-to-date over time. This ensures long-term reliability and client satisfaction.
